【摘 要】 目的 探討血清胱抑素C和尿微量白蛋白检测在诊断妊娠期高血压疾病中的价值, 分析其含量变化和病情变化间的关系.方法 200例孕妇根据其是否罹患妊娠期高血压疾病分为对照组
（无妊娠期高血压, 80例）和观察组（有妊娠期高血压, 120例）.根据妊娠期高血压疾病的严重程度, 将观察组孕妇分为轻度组（68例）和重度组（52例）.采集孕妇的血液和尿液标本测定其血清胱抑素C和尿微量白蛋白含量, 比较不同组孕妇指标含量变化情况.结果 观察组血清胱抑素C和尿微量白蛋白含量分别为（1.56±0.35）、（34.14±8.95）mg/L, 明显高于对照组的（0.68±0.15）、（7.98±0.36）mg/L, 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.重度组血清胱抑素C和尿微量白蛋白含量分别为（1.98±0.38）、（46.58±8.57）mg/L, 明显高于轻度组的（1.23±0.21）、（24.63±8.21）mg/L, 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论 血清胱抑素C和尿微量白蛋白含量与高血压疾病严重程度存在明显的正性相关关系, 其含量高低能够有效反映孕妇的高血压病情, 定期检测能够有效评估预测孕妇的患病风险和治疗方案效果.

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of serum cystatin C and urine microalbumin in the diagnosis of gestational hypertension, and analyze the correlation between its content and disease condition changes. Methods A total of 200 pregnant women were divided by whether suffering from pregnancy induced hypertension into control group （without gestational hypertension, 80 cases） and observation group （without gestational hypertension, 120 cases）. The observation group was divided by severity of pregnancy induced hypertension into mild group （68 cases） and severe group （52 cases）. The blood and urine samples of pregnant women were collected to determine the content of serum cystatin C and urine microalbumin, and the content changes of the index of different groups were compared. Results The observation group had content of serum cystatin C and urine microalbumin respectively as （1.56±0.35） and （34.14±8.95） mg/L, which were all obviously higher than （0.68±0.15） and （7.98±0.36） mg/L in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Severe group had obviously higher content of serum cystatin C and urine microalbumin respectively as （1.98±0.38） and （46.58±8.57） mg/L than （1.23±0.21） and （24.63±8.21） mg/L in mild group, and their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion There is a significant correlation between content of serum cystatin C and urinary microalbumin and gestational hypertension, and their content can effectively reflect the hypertensive disease of pregnant women. Regular testing could effectively assess and predict the prevalence of pregnant women and the effectiveness of the treatment program.
