摘 要 为探明胡椒主花期适宜光照强度,以确定胡椒主花期和搭配作物适宜间作密度,研究分析4种荫蔽度条件下,胡椒主花期完全展开叶的光合作用、可溶性糖、蔗糖、淀粉等的积累,相关代谢酶活性及成花量,探究光照和碳水化合物积累对开花量的影响.研究结果表明:30%荫蔽度处理下胡椒主花期开花量没有被显著抑制,而且在树体恢复期和主花期前期可溶性糖积累明显增加,相关性分析显示,花枝上叶片糖积累对随后的成花有极显著正效应,而糖积累和蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性呈显著负相关.研究认为,在树体恢复期和主花期前期,搭配作物对胡椒遮荫的荫蔽度为30%左右时,可以促进糖积累,为花芽发育提供充足的物质基础,以保证胡椒和搭配作物间作时主花期花量.

Abstract To determine suitable light intensity and the collocation intercropping crops density at full-bloom stage of black pepper trees, we analyzed the variation in the concentrations of leaf photosynthesis, soluble sugar, sucrose and starch, the activities of carbon metabolism-related enzymes and the quantity of the pepper inflorescences and flowers under four shading conditions. The effect of photosynthesis and sugar accumulation on pepper flowering was evaluated. The results showed that 30% shading could not decrease the quantity of the pepper inflorescences and flowers. And that the accumulation of soluble sugar was greatly enhanced at the recovering and the early stage of full-bloom stages. The correlation analysis revealed that the content of sugar in the leaves of flowering branches was closely correlated with the quantity of flowers at the subsequent developmental stage, whereas a significantly negative correlation existed between sugar accumulation and sucrose phosphate synthase activity. According to these findings, it is suggested that the shading of about 30% on pepper trees should be taken at the recovering and early stage of the full-bloom stages so as to provide more sugar for the development of flower buds and to increase flower amount, when pepper intercropped with other crops.

胡椒是喜阴植物,光饱和点在2.5×104至5×104 lx,而主要植区海南省3~12月份的光照强度均高于5×104 lx[1],因此,在胡椒主花期可能需要适度遮荫,但对该时期遮荫,需要在不影响花量和产量的前提下进行.遮荫通过影响光照强度改变植物叶片光合作用和碳积累.碳水化合物既是植物生命活动能量的提供者,又是重要的结构物质,其产生和消耗对花芽分化有很大影响[2].研究不同程度遮荫对叶片碳代谢及主花期成花量的影响,探明二者之间的相关性,是确定该时期适宜荫蔽度,进而确定胡椒和搭配作物间作时适宜复合栽培密度的关键,然而,目前还未见相关的研究报道.
